Product

Trophy

Software you can hold in your hand.

Trophy turns Google reviews into a team sport. Every employee carries a personal NFC card cut from rosewood — a guest taps it, and the review counts towards their personal record. Behind it: leaderboards, streaks, an owner dashboard, and AI-written responses to every review.

The guiding question isn't "how do I collect more reviews?" but "why would my team want this?". What's sold is outcomes, not software — and the rosewood card is the visible promise that someone here cares about material and craft.

The story

How it came to be

Born in Zurich in 2004, I live in Aargau, Switzerland. After training as an IT Application Engineer, I built my first business at 20 — self-publishing, single-handedly, profitable with around CHF 30,000 in revenue.

In parallel, a side interest in modeling became a runway career: shows in Zurich for Carlo Pignatelli, editorials with international photographers, New York Fashion Week.

In late 2025 I founded Tailored Intelligence GmbH with my brother Artus. The flagship product, Trophy, turns Google reviews into a team sport — what's sold is outcomes, not software. Swiss made is a quality standard, not a market boundary: clients are international.

What connects the two worlds: building and selling — technical depth, a direct line to the customer, an eye for the visual. And the willingness to hold the same standard every single day.
